Itinerary

The prices listed below are per unit. You may indicate the number of guests at the time of booking.​ Please note there is a 4 night minimum, where prices increase after the first 2 nights

Rates for Friday, June 30 and Saturday, July 1st:

Penthouse (#1) with two twin beds and a full bed is $375 per night for three (3) guests; One unit with two rooms located above living room with small private porch. Full bed in front room, 2 twin beds in back room. Air conditioner.

Front Unit (#2) with a queen bed is $250 per night for two (2) guests; Large room located off wrap-around porch with queen bed and pull-out loveseat.

Rear Unit (#3) with two twin beds and pull out queen couch is $275 per night for three (3) guests; Large room located off side yard with two twin beds pull out queen couch.

Bungalow (#4) with a queen bed is $250 per night for two (2) guests. Room off porch with queen bed maximum 2 guests

Rates for Sunday, July 2 and Monday, July 3:

Penthouse (#1) with two twin beds and a full bed is $350 per night for three (3) guests;

Front Unit (#2) with a queen bed is $225 per night for two (2) guests;

Rear Unit (#3) with two twin beds and pull out queen couch is $250 per night for three (3) guests;

Bungalow #4 with a queen bed is $225 per night for two (2) guests;
A total of (10) guests can be accommodated for a total of $1050 per night.
